

We are one of the first outsourced Contact Centres for airlines in the world. Our staff are highly trained multi-lingual staff handle complete customer care (from inquiries into emergencies), fares, reservation and ticketing.
All our staff are trained in GDS and specialise in different partner solutions. Most of our GDS qualified staff are IATA certified, too. This is a very stressful operation and the team is continually trained to handle such events.
