Network Operation Centre - NOC
This is a new concept for outsourcing companies. NOC stops the calls from coming in the first place! We believe with the current IP based systems one must monitor and fix issues before the customer calls. This is exactly what NOC does – we continuously (24x7) monitor the sites remotely and attend to them as soon as there is an issue, before the customer even comes to realise.
This is true value addition. Here’s what we do,
- Monitor sites remotely – at present we monitor over 800 sites and growing
- The moment there is an issue we remotely access and recover/fix the site This includes performing line tests, etc
- Failing that we get in touch with site and fix the problem by hard reboot or equipment exchange
- Should we conclude it is a hardware failure we then organise the despatch of the part and engineer from here via SMS, email and phone
