RECRUITMENT PROCESS

At the Edge Group we ensure that all people who apply for a fulltime role have a response from an in-house corporate recruiter within two weeks, after their application has been reviewed against current open positions and assessed for future talent pools across the business.


If your application is successful then you can expect a comprehensive interview process which will enable you to understand the role, company and opportunity in full detail. The process will enable us to assess your skills and fit to the business, both for the role you are applying for and also your potential longer term growth opportunities.


Prior to a face-to-face interview, all candidates are telephone screened by an in-house recruiter to ensure that the candidate’s profile and career objectives are aligned to those of the vacancy. Throughout the process, candidates receive direct feedback about their eligibility in a timely manner.


If the telephone screen is successful, then candidates will be asked to a face-to-face interview and will assessed on the candidates skills and fit to the business.
